I am from South Africa, my english not good. We have a 21 month old daugther with cerebral palsy. The neuro pediatrician tell us she have also brain damage in her emotional brain. Sometimes when we just spoke a little hard to her to rebuke her, is looks like she gets a fit. Then it takes about a half an hour to calm her. I never try to spark her because of her emotional reaction to a little rebuke. What do I do? When can I use brain damage as an excuse and when are she manipulating me?
