I never realized you had a dyslexic child. I have become so discouraged at times because, after 12 months using an Orton-gillingham program, he is still not reading. He cried the other day and asked "Why can't I read." It tears me up. How old was your daughter when she finally began to read? I have 4 children and believe another younger son is also dyslexic. I'm so fearful that he will never learn to read. I came to your website to find a book on healthy eating and herbs but I randomly chose a page and it "just happened" to be the page with this article.
