What does it mean, "under the watchful eye of the law" ? Is that in the scripture? Wasn't the law just something God had made after we fell, this sounds like "the law" is a living thing? How do I believe that Jesus went into hell and why would he have to if he suffered the wrath of the Father on the cross? Or was hell part of the wrath? Did he retrieve people from hell when he went?
