Proverbs 27:12 says, “A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself; but the simple pass on, and are punished.”

(Note: Please understand that we do not foresee any specific pandemic or any other kind of major emergency any more than you do, but we do understand the importance of staying prepared.)

Prepare with the goal in mind of being able to survive without leaving your home for 3 months. You must be able to adequately provide food, water, hygiene, heat, a way of cooking, etc. Use common sense in choosing food that will not spoil and will be easy to prepare without electricity.

It is vital to have books on hand that can teach you practical methods of treating illnesses, finding natural food sources, outdoor living, basic farming knowledge, and books that will teach you how to use the things listed below. If you don’t know how to use them, they will be useless! Check the web sites we have listed below for good books. There is a vast wealth of excellent information out there, but be wise as you research, as much of what you read could prove to be misleading, unreliable, or just plain nonsense.
