Wow, what an eye-opener. I'm sure I've heard this before, but today it made sense. If I were a man, I'd be a command man and often times I expect my husband to be that--no more! My prayer is that I would remember your words and appreciate my husband. Oh Lord, please help me.

As a teenage girl, I really appreciated this video. I am already a cautious person, but I am always interested in more ways to protect myself! Thank you for sharing.

I would like to see more of Captain Steve tips, it really has helped a 94lb mom of 3 boys under 4 years old be safer out in public, while daddy is out on deployment. Please Captain, more tips =)

Thanks for the great videos! I have a question - I am a 17 year old girl and I live on a rural road in a farming community in Pennsylvania. I enjoy going for prayer walks after dark because there's much less activity than there is during the day and I feel alone and undistracted with God. I feel pretty safe doing it because it's a rural road, but recently a neighbor expressed some concern for my safety walking alone at night. I hadn't really thought about it much before that. But it's true that there are several fairly long stretches along the road with no houses for safety. Do you think I should try to avoid walking alone after dark in the future?

Hello!
This message is very informative and puts an alertness into your mind which I liked but it is sad that the praying part wasn't mentioned. God keeps us safe. My grandpa always cautioned us not to tempt God, like don't go out alone/travel or late at knight. Still praying was the first thing. It is not just being aware or letting others know that you are aware, it is our God backing us up.

Take the bible literally? OK. The lion and the lamb will lie down together and a child can handle a serpent and will not be harmed. The beast is not speaking of animals in that passage.
AND....Finially, someone has read Thessalonians and does not twist the meaning. There is only one Day of the Lord at the end of the age at which time the coming of Christ and the rapture happen. Thessalonians is admonishing Christians to be faithful, be vigilant and do not lose our crowns during the last days of tribulation before He returns. It's not about Christians getting out of all or part of the last day tribulations. Read Thess. again in its whole context without reading anything into it that you have been taught by story books and movies and teachers and pastors.
