I’m looking for books on learning herbal medicine that is either from a Christian view point or that at least doesn’t teach Eastern/witchcraft healing.

DEFINATELY read “Be Your Own Doctor”. Also, I just found this good website called Vintage Remedies and it looks like it’s got some pretty interesting books and courses on it. I have also found “Practical Herbalism’ to be helpful. It teaches the medical properties of herbs.
Maybe I should have added that Be Your Own Doctor is written by Rachel Weaver.
I have to agree with you KelseyMarie, “Be your own Doctor” is a very good book and has come to use many times at our place. MANY of the herbs and spices are what you have in your cabinet!! I would really recommend you reading it 🙂 It’s much better than to go to the Drugstore and pick up things over the counter that you know nothing about.
