What are your thoughts on kissing before marriage? What if you know that the man you are courting is the man you are going to marry, do you believe it is ok to kiss?

Being a good help meet starts long before marriage. It is a mindset, a learned habit, a way of life established as a young unmarried girl—or at least that’s the way it should be. Nearly every wife will confess that the first year or two of married life was—how shall I say it—a frustrating learning experience.

Hi! I don’t know of anywhere where the Bible specifically says whether it is ok or not to kiss before marriage, but it does talk about fleeing from fornication (premarital intimacy) in 1 Corinthians 6:18. So, while kissing may not be defined in that, my parents have told us that it is not wise to kiss before marriage because it is opening a door that could make it easy to go farther than you want.
