The Apostle Paul writes to his favorite church, the one that had been faithful under persecution. He commends them like no other church of the first century, telling them that they are his “crown of rejoicing,” his example to the other churches. He said they gave him a reason to live and to continue his ministry.
In his first letter he comforts them concerning their dead loved ones by affirming the Rapture and second coming of our Lord. In his second letter, written about one year later, he corrects a false impression that the day of the Lord was at hand, and then gives them some of the most practical teaching found in the New Testament. Did you know that if a preacher doesn’t work he shouldn’t eat? How practical is that?
One (1) MP3 CD.
An MP3 CD is a data CD with computer-playable audio files on it, in the MP3 format. It is not the same as an Audio CD which plays in most stereo systems, portable CD players, and car CD players. Most portable and/or car CD players will not play MP3 CDs unless they are very new and visibly claim support for this capability on the device or packaging.
MP3 CDs are most commonly played on computers using software such as Windows Media Player (PC) or iTunes (Mac). You can also copy the MP3 audio files directly from the disc to your computer, add the audio to your music software’s Library, then sync it to your iPod or other MP3-playing device.
