Most orders are shipped Economy/Surface. Standard US shipping rates (for the lower 48 states) are as follows:

$0.01 to $4.99 s/h = $5.95
$5 to $20.99 s/h = $8.75
$21 to $30.99 s/h = $9.95
$31 to $100.00 s/h = $12.95
$100.01+ s/h = 13% of total

Attention Foreign Orders
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii and all international orders are calculated automatically at checkout at a higher rate. If you would like expedited shipping, contact the order department for a quote before ordering. Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be changed.
