Weekly Recipe: Red Rooibos & Spice Chai Tea

Mike calls this tea “floor swab” because it has so many weird herbs in it. But we all agree that it is the best tea on the market—by far!
METHOD: I make my tea in a French press, and use the Chai tea at least 3 times before I toss out the herbs. Liz adds half milk and 1 tsp. of honey to her Chai. I like it just about any way.
