Praise God for blessings beyond what we ask! When the doctors went in, they realized that there was enough room to do everything that they needed to do from the back side and will not have to do a second surgery on Tuesday from the front side. The surgery took an hour and a half longer to perform but when he wakes, Mike will be relieved to know that he is not going “back under the knife.” He will remain in the hospital for 1-2 days and return home to complete his recovery.
The surgery is slowing down Mike physically but he plans to use his “down time” to finish writing his new book for unmarried men, In Search Of A Help Meet. Please continue to pray that Mike has a speedy and total recovery (and finishes the book) and that Debi can breathe and relax.
We sincerely appreciate everyone who has prayed and is praying on Mike’s behalf. We have seen yet again that prayer works!

First of all, I am so sorry to hear that Mr. Pearl had fallen ill. I am SO glad that he is recovering well and will not require another surgery. May God Bless you and your family and all of the work that you do.

Praise the Lord for His merciful kindness!!! I just now read about the surgery and prayer request, but I'm so thankful many of my brothers and sisters in Christ were there lifting Mike up in prayer. Mike and Debi have been sent by the Lord and what would we do without them? I don't want to know. Thank you, Jesus!
