There will be 4 age categories with 16 players per category and 4 reserve players if any of the 16 players cannot play. The limit is 16 players and 4 reserves and will be on a first come first served basis. Unfortunately there cannot be additions or exceptions to the amount of players.
The winner must reach 15 point and win by a margin of 2 points. At 15-15 serves will alternate. It will be a best of 5 games tournament. The first player to win three games is the winner and will move on to the next bracket. A server will serve for 3 serves then the other player will serve for 3 serves until the player (winner) reaches 15 points by a margin of two points.
If one player reaches 7 points before the other plays scores a single point, that game will be awarded to the player scoring 7 points.
If a player is more than five minutes late, the first game of their match will be forfeited. The clock will then restart and if the player is not there within ten minutes, the second game of the match is also forfeited. If the player is not there within 30 minutes of their scheduled start time, the entire match will be forfeited and that person will be eliminated from the tournament.
Ping Pong Paddles and balls will be provided. You may use your own paddle provided the paddle is within the regulation guidelines. Ping Pong balls cannot be substituted.

Hi,
I think we may have missed out on an email regarding the registration for the tournament, or maybe we were just supposed to check the website, but either way I understand the registration is over. If you are keeping a waiting list, our son would love to be on it. Levi Pendergrass, age 18.
Thanks, we are looking forward to the Shindig!
